Not long after my last post, I received news that Phil Barber, the AGWM missionary we are collaborating with to complete the translations of The Great Questions of Life for the Secoya and Cofan peoples, was heading into the Amazon and could take both of the GQL copies for edit. Phil headed into the jungle this week and, prayerfully, by next week the final draft of the Cofan GQL will be printed and the Secoya readied for final edit. Please pray for these efforts to move forward to completion quickly!
On another note, as I wrap up my term and prepare to head home on November 10, I hope you will pray that all of my many preparations will go smoothly. It is always hard to say goodbye to dear friends. I also need to leave the Global University ministry in good hands and close up my home for my return to the U.S.
